- Pitta — Pitta is the energy which controls your metabolism and energy consumption of our body. If your pitta is increased the acid content of your body increases and this cause harm to your body.
- Kapha — Kapha is responsible for growth of body. Excessive kapha is also harmful as it increases the lubricants inside our body.
By balancing these three doshas one can live a long and healthy life, without any stess and diseases.
